A part time (PT) or casual (C) employee subscription license is relevant when an employee performs under 30 hours per week, aggregated over a year (not including leave days / periods), in hours of paid employment at your oprganization. The subscription fee per PT or C employee is lower based on an assumption of lower usage of the Rewarderrr platform, lower loads on the servers to support your PT or C employees and or lower levels of initial set-up, customization and or ongoing support required by our team.

A full time employee (FTE) subscription license is relevant when an employee performs over 30 hours per week, aggregated over a year (not including leave days / periods), in hours of paid employment at your oprganization. The subscription fee per FTE per month is higher based on an assumption of higher usage of the Rewarderrr platform, higher loads on the servers to support your PT or C employees and or higher levels of initial set-up, customization and or ongoing support required by our team.
